Tiebreaker for the 1968 Copa Libertadores final, Estudiantes de La Plata vs Palmeiras

On May 16, 1968, at the Centenario Stadium, before 55,000 spectators, the tiebreaker match for the final of the Copa Libertadores was played between Estudiantes de La Plata and Palmeiras. Triumph of the Argentine team by 2 to 0 (Felipe Ribaudo and Juan Ramon Veron). In this way the Pincharrata team won its first Cup in the city of Montevideo
